Registration – written request must be received by Ronald E. Range no later than January 20, 2026. No refunds after January 20, 2026. A one hundred dollar cancellation fee will be assessed on all refunds. Emergency requests received in writing and documented after January 20, 2026, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
